Please give your IDEA Certified Computer Technician a call if you have any questions or need personal assistance. All IDEA email accounts have been upgraded. If you are having issues signing in through webmail please let your local tech know right away. If using a mobile device your account will need a reset (remove and add the account back to the device), If you have any issues and would like assistance, please schedule an appointment or call to talk with tech.

How to Remove an Email Account from iPhone Mail

Email accounts accessed through the Mail app are managed not from Mail, but from iOS. So to add or remove an account, you’ll work through the Settings Icon.

1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll down and select Mail > Accounts
3. Choose the email account you want to remove
4. Select Delete Account
5. To confirm, select Delete Account or, in some cases, tap Delete from My iPhone

How to Add an Email Account to iPhone Mail

1. Open Settings
2. Scroll down and select Mail > Accounts
3. Select Microsoft Exchange
4. Enter full IDEA email address and Description (Example: IDEA email)
6. Click Next (Top Right)
7. Select Sign In
8. Enter Your Password and Click Sign In
9. Click Save Password (This may happen automatically)
10. Select Services (This is up to you. Add whichever services on your phone you’d like to sync with your IDEA email. Mail is the only one required.)
11. Click Save (Top Right)
