EXHIBITOR REQUIREMENTS:

IDEA VENDORS
You must be an IDEA vendor to participate in our virtual Fair. If you are not already set up as an IDEA vendor, click here to complete a vendor application.
BOOTH CONTENT APPROVAL
You may only advertise items that you have for sale, not services. Booth content may only promote secular and educational materials. IDEA must approve booth content.
SECULAR & CLEARLY EDUCATIONAL
Many orders will be placed through IDEA, rather than placed with you directly. (IDEA will send you a PO for Fair orders early in July, and you ship or permit pick-up after that.) Items funded by IDEA, either through orders or reimbursement to the families, must be secular. When this event has been in-person, exhibitors were only permitted to display and sell items that could be funded by IDEA. In a virtual setting, your booth will be linked to your website, so families may be exposed to a broader variety of items than just those that can be funded, and may need your help in selecting materials that can be program-funded. Again, only those that are secular and clearly educational may be funded by IDEA.
PAYMENT PROCESS
Full payment is required at the time of registration confirmation. If approved, you will be e-mailed a link to make a secure online credit payment or provided with the option to mail a check. The base fee for a virtual exhibitor booth is $350, with an optional $25 for up to 3 virtual workshops, and a $50 add-on to obtain additional online visibility. Maximum expenses will total $475 if all options are selected.
