Internet/Email - We provide an ideafamilies email address for each family. This enables us to add you to our listservs (email lists) and enables you to access the "members" section of our website. That section of the website contains the full vendor list, curricular guidelines, all IDEA forms, electronic handbooks, homeschool links, and more. We provide you with dial-up internet access at no charge, or you may use your allotment to be reimbursed for high-speed internet access.

Desktop or Laptop Computers / Printers - We provide Windows desktop or laptop computers and multi-function flat-bed printers with fax, copier, and scanner capabilities. You have the option of leasing a PC from us with no out-of-pocket expense (through a yearly allotment deduction), or paying a $200 cash deposit to borrow the machine for as long as you are enrolled or until it is updated every few years. A refundable $50 check or cash deposit is required for the multi-function printer.

Tech Support - Technical support is provided to help with any computer problems and questions related to IDEA equipment, forms, email, or internet access.
