Once you arrive in Alaska, there is ample time to drive to all locations except Juneau with your materials: 6-8 hours from Anchorage to Fairbanks and 3 hours from Anchorage to Soldotna. (Juneau cannot be reached by road.) The drives are breath-taking, but the one to Fairbanks can be taxing if you are not used to long drives! Consider shipping to each site the materials that you will need to display and then arrange for return shipments or donate materials to our Resource Rooms so that more parents can browse throughout the summer and the next school year.

Materials may be shipped to most of the facilities that are hosting our curriculum fairs. Soldotna shipments must go to the local Resource Center. Our staff will deliver boxes to the Fair location by the beginning of the set-up time. Shipments should arrive at the convention facilities no sooner than a week or two before the local Fair. Arrangements for return of all shipments from the facilites or from our Resource Rooms must be made by the end of each fair.

You must complete this form and contact them regarding drayage to the Anchorage location.

We provide draped tables and chairs for everyone, and electrical outlets for those who paid for them. In addition to your shipping needs, the only additional thing that you may wish to order through Rowan is pipe and draping to hang a sign, if you like. (No signs may be attached to the walls at the Egan Center; they must hang from a pipe ordered through Rowan.)
