Arrangements have been made for hotel rooms at a discounted rate for each location. Below you will find the hotel name, telephone number, and group rate name. Since hotels are booking for the tourist season, it is recommended that you contact them for reservations as soon as possible!

Although many of you will have limited time available for sightseeing, we have included links for the Visitor's Bureaus in Fairbanks, Anchorage, Juneau, and the Kenai Peninsula. You may find all of the information that you need on their website, or you may wish to order the free visitor's guide from each.

 Fully-equipped kitchenette, wireless internet.

There is a fee for parking. The hotel has no airport shuttle, but does have a pool and high-speed wireless.

Continental breakfast. Wi-Fi in most guest rooms and in all public areas. (This is also the conference facility.)

Update 3/23/12: We just found out that the Westmark no longer has airport shuttle service.

 Located across the street from Centennial Hall; free wireless; free parking; airport shuttle. (Conference facility, restaurants, and in-town sight-seeing are all within walking distance of hotel.)
