Please join us for the IDEA Curriculum Fair at The Westmark Hotel & Convention Center in Fairbanks on Monday and Tuesday, April 19-20, 2010!

Schedule of Events, Monday:

8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. ~ Keynote Breakfast with Cindy Wiggers at Northern Latitudes, Westmark Hotel (Meal served at 8:30)
10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ~ Exhibit Hall open in the Gold Room, Minto Room, and Yukon Room
11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ~ Workshops in the Rampart Room, Chena Room, and Northern Latitudes

Schedule of Events, Tuesday:

9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. ~ Exhibit Hall open in the Gold Room, Minto Room, and Yukon Room
9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. ~ Workshops in the Rampart Room, Chena Room, and Northern Latitudes

Costs:

Keynote breakfast ~ $10 pre-pay only. Purchase tickets at the Fairbanks Office, 2157 Van Horn Rd., 374-2200

Exhibit hall and workshops (IDEA families) ~ No charge.
Exhibit hall and workshops (non-IDEA families) ~ Admission is $20/family for both days when paid at once (Return on second day with your nametags from day one in order to enter without charge the second day.) If attendance will be for only one day, the admission fee is $15 for the first (longer) day, or $10 for the second day.

Parking:

There is limited free parking at The Westmark.

Meals:

The Westmark has a restaurant near the Exhibit Hall, The Red Lantern, and there are other places to eat nearby, since the hotel is downtown.

Driving directions from Fairbanks airport to the Westmark Hotel:

1. Exit airport - You will be on Airport Way
2. Drive about 5 miles through town
3. Turn left on Noble St. (There is a NAPA on that corner.)
4. The hotel is about two blocks ahead on the right-hand side
