All IDEA offices will be closed Monday Dec 26, 2011, and Monday Jan 2, 2012, for the holidays.

Order Department

Of course serving you to the very best of our ability is always at the top of our list! With this in mind we want to let you know that as we do each year, the Order Department will be closed to phone calls and walk-ins for two weeks right after Christmas (Monday, December 26, through Friday, January 6). This will give our Ordering staff some uninterrupted time to finish up any reimbursements and focus on processing paperwork. They will still be accepting faxes and e-mails, and you will be able to continue using the FAST system. The remainder of the Fairbanks office will be open regular office hours, except for the holidays noted above.

Reimbursements

All reimbursements through November should have been submitted in FAST, and receipts mailed to Fairbanks, by December 1, 2011. If you missed that date, please get them in as soon as possible.

Progress Reports and Samples

Progress Reports and your second set of samples are due to your contact teacher by Friday, January 13, 2012. Remember, if you used the new Excel version of the ILP, your sample checklist and a blank Progress Report, with all subjects filled in, are already included there! See your contact teacher or field rep if you have any questions.
